Consent to the processing of personal data
This is a translation for convenience. The binding version of this document is the Russian one, published at the same address without the language prefix. If the English and Russian texts differ in any way, the Russian text prevails.
This Consent to the processing of personal data (the «Consent») is given in accordance with Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 «On Personal Data». By giving the Consent (including by ticking the box at sign-up), the user (the «Subject») freely, of their own will and in their own interest permits the processing of their personal data on the terms set out below.
1. The Operator
The Operator is the sole proprietor Igor Naumovich Bolshim (OGRNIP 325508100387287, INN 500300383171), email: info@dobro-code.ru.
2. The personal data covered
The Subject consents to the processing of the following data:
- email address;
- name (where given);
- password as a hash;
- the identifier and email address of the Yandex account (where signing in through Yandex);
- IP address, device and browser information (User-Agent), action log data;
- cookies and web analytics data;
- payment identifiers;
- data the Subject enters into projects and project briefs, and the material they upload.
3. Purposes of processing
Processing is carried out for the purposes of registration and identification, providing access to the «Kontent zavod DobroKod» service, performing the contract, ensuring security, processing payments, sending service notifications and improving the quality of the service.
4. Actions and methods of processing
The Consent extends to the following actions: collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, amendment), extraction, use, transfer (provision of, access to) authorised processors, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation.
5. Transfer to third parties
The Subject consents to the transfer of personal data to processors engaged by the Operator to provide the services, to the extent set out in the Personal Data Processing Policy. The terms on which data is transferred to foreign services are governed by a separate Consent to the cross-border transfer of personal data.
6. Term and withdrawal
6.1. The Consent is effective from the moment it is given until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn.
6.2. The Subject may withdraw the Consent by sending a written request to info@dobro-code.ru. Upon receiving the withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing the personal data and destroys it within the periods established by 152-FZ, save where processing is permitted without the subject's consent by force of law.
6.3. The Subject confirms that they have read the Personal Data Processing Policy and the rights of a data subject provided for by 152-FZ.
