Cookie policy
This is a translation for convenience. The binding version of this document is the Russian one, published at the same address without the language prefix. If the English and Russian texts differ in any way, the Russian text prevails.
This Cookie Policy (the «Cookie Policy») describes which cookies and similar technologies are used on the site dobro-code.ru and in the service automation.dobro-code.ru. The Cookie Policy is an integral part of the Personal Data Processing Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files saved by the browser on the user's device. They keep a session alive, remember settings and gather usage statistics. Alongside cookies, the browser's local storage (localStorage) is used.
2. Which cookies we use
2.1. Technical (required). Needed for the site and for signing in to work:
- session authentication cookies (NextAuth) — keeping you signed in to the personal account;
- local storage of interface settings (the chosen theme, for example — the
zavod_themekey); - mechanisms protecting forms from automated requests (Yandex SmartCaptcha);
- the
zavod_consentcookie — stores your choice about analytics and advertising cookies for one year.
2.2. Analytical. Used to measure traffic and improve the service; turned on only with the user's consent:
- Yandex.Metrica (counter number 110020001). The click map, outbound link tracking, the precise bounce rate and goal tracking (sign-up, enquiry, service order) are enabled. Webvisor (recording user actions on pages) is enabled on the pages of dobro-code.ru; it is not used on the sign-in and sign-up pages or in the personal account. The data is processed in aggregate form to analyse visitor behaviour.
2.3. Advertising. Used to measure advertising and show it to interested users; turned on only with the user's consent:
- Top.Mail.Ru (counter 3722334, VK Ads) — counting visits of users who came from ads.
2.4. Third-party resources. Loading a page may involve external resources that receive technical request data (the IP address included) — web fonts (Google Fonts), for example.
3. Legal grounds and data
Analytical and advertising cookies involve the processing of personal data (including the IP address, the browser identifier and on-page behaviour). Processing is carried out only on the basis of the user's consent, given in the banner on the first visit to the site, separately for each category, in accordance with the Personal Data Processing Policy. Until a choice is made in the banner, analytics and advertising counters are not loaded. Counters are not loaded in the personal accounts of the Operator's staff.
4. Managing cookies
4.1. The user may change or withdraw consent to analytics and advertising cookies at any time via the «Cookie settings» link in the site footer or on the profile page of the personal account. Once consent is withdrawn, the corresponding counters are no longer loaded and their cookies are deleted.
4.2. The user may restrict or forbid the use of cookies in their browser settings, and delete cookies already saved. If technical cookies are disabled, certain authentication and security functions may not work correctly.
4.3. To opt out of data collection by Yandex.Metrica, you can use the blocker provided by Yandex, as well as your browser's privacy settings.
5. Changes to the Cookie Policy
The Operator may change the Cookie Policy. The current version is published at https://dobro-code.ru/legal/cookies together with the date of the version.
